Qatar Based Mayhoola Buys 30.7 Pct. Stake İn Boyner Perakende

Istanbul, April 29 (DHA) - Turkish retailer Boyner Perakende agreed to sell its 30.7 percent stake for 885 million lira to Mayhoola for Investments OPC of Qatar, the company said in a statement released on Wednesday. "The Board of Directors of our Company, in order to strengthen the equity structure, has resolved, to increase the issued share capital to 57.7 million liras, from 40 million liras" Boyner Perakende said in the statement sent to Public Disclosure Platform. The share capital would be increased, by way of restricting the pre-emptive rights of the existing shareholders of our Company in their entirety in accordance with the Capital Markets legislation, to Mayhoola for Investments OPC. "It has been resolved to make the necessary applications to the governmental institutions and corporations, particularly the Capital Markets Board accordingly" the statement said.
